Woodz Quality Terms and Conditions
Woodz offer Modular Kitchen, Wardrobes, Office furniture, Hardware, Accessories and Interior Designs with Unmatched Quality and Price. Following are the quality policies and other terms and conditions.
Quality Assurance
Maintenance
Clean our products with a mild detergent or with soap and water and dry well using a lint free cloth for both washing and drying. Wipe up spills splatter and water spots as they occur, keeping our modular furniture dry. Give special attention to areas that come in contact with moisture. Use cleaners and polishes designed for wooden cabinets and clean all surfaces as needed. Do not use acids, abrasive cleaners, scouring pads or powder cleaners. Do not leave wet cloths and don’t allow oven cleaners or other caustic cleaners to touch the cabinets.
Warranty
Woodz gives warranty to original purchasing consumer for 60 months from the date of supply of material against avoidable and unnatural defects in material and workmanship under normal use. The hardware and accessories used is subject to the supplier’s life time warranty. If manufacturing defects found in modular furniture within the terms and conditions of this warranty such defective part will be repaired or replaced by us as its sole option. Please refer to the terms and conditions given below for more information on the admissibility of your claim.
Warranty Exclusions
The writing is the complete and exclusive statement of the express warranties provided herein and is in lieu of all other expressions and/or statutory warranties by the manufacturer, to the extent provided by law. There are no implied warranties extending beyond the terms of these warranties. Woodz shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential costs, expenses or damages.
Warranty Limitations
- In case of damage please inform us immediately after opening the outer packaging. Our expert team will verify the claim validity and arrange for suitable replacement. Either it may be replaced or may take any other corrective measure to resolve the problem. Please note that any claims of damage will not be entertained after 24 hours of delivery of such products.
- This warranty does not cover damage caused by transportation, storage or exposure to excessive temperatures or to defects arising from misuse, neglect, accident, alteration, improper use or care or failure to maintain properly.
- This warranty does not cover problems caused by improper installation of cabinets, cabinet work, drawer guides or hinges.
- This warranty does not cover finish like polish or veneer wrap or tare of lamination etc.
- MDF or Particle Board has not been covered.
- This warranty does not cover any product used or installed in connection with cabinets.
- This warranty does not cover damage caused by transportation, storage or exposure to excessive temperatures or to defects arising from misuse, neglect, accident, alteration, improper use or care or failure to maintain properly.
- Warranty does not cover if the final order value was not cleared fully.
- No installer, retailer, distributor, agent or employee of woodz has the authority to alter the obligations or limitations of any warranty.
Warranty Disclaimers
- This warranty is not transferable.
- Wood characteristics naturally occurring such as variations in color, grain, mineral streaks and knots are not considered as defects.
- Colour variations in cabinets are a natural occurrence due to species, age, character of cabinets and exposure to UV light and sunlight. For these reasons, new and/or replacement cabinets may not display exactly as per samples and/or existing cabinets. Such variations and changes are not considered as defects.
- Delivery dates are not confirmed, but suggested and are not liable for any claims.
- Claims, if any under this warranty shall be only made before the courts having jurisdiction in Hyderabad.
- Woodz will not provide or pay for the cost of removal of defective product, transportation of defective, repaired or replaced products or installation of repaired or replaced product.

Delivery Policy
Upon receiving 50% advance along with Order Confirmation Form, we will start production procedure with utmost care. As we make products for each particular order it consumes good time of almost 2 weeks for supply of material usually from the date of order confirmation. You have to release 45% of the order value to arrange for delivery. For logistics and installation it will take almost 1-2 weeks time based on the order volume. Installation will be handled by our experienced designated team. The complete process will take almost 4 weeks time subject to your site conditions. After completion of installation you have to issue work completion certificate along with balance 5% payment to get warranty card and to avail our valuable after sales service.
Return and Exchange Policy
Woodz would not accept any returns or exchange for the damage caused by transportation, storage or exposure to excessive temperatures or to defects arising from misuse, neglect, accident, alteration, improper use or care or failure to maintain properly.
Order Cancellations
Woodz is unable to cancel or change orders as we start production procedure immediately after confirmed order by you along with advance.
Refund procedure
Woodz would not refund any amounts after starts the production procedure.
Acceptance of Order
Woodz reserves the right at any time after the receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item or not supply an item. In the event an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers woodz shall have right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.
Applicability of Laws
Any relevant terms and conditions, policies and notices shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India without giving effect to any principles of conflict of law. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the High Court of Andhra Pradesh in respect of any disputes arising in connection with the website, or any relevant terms and conditions, policies and notices or any matter related to or in connection therewith.
